What if my item doesn’t work out?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that things won’t always work out.  Madi Couture would be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange/credit, on any regular priced merchandise, within 7 days!  We are always receiving new items so you are more than welcome to save your credit for a later date.  Unfortunately, shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for sending the item back to us. 

Please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) in order to send back your items.  This number must be written on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Items must be in original condition, tags attached (where applies), unworn and unused.  If item is not found to be in original condition, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.

*All Sale and discounted items are a Final Sale.

What form of payment do you take?

Madi Couture uses PayPal to process all of its trasactions.  PayPal is one of the most well recognized processing companies, therefore, you can be sure that your information will be handled with utmost care and security. 

You may use all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or you may use a PayPal account if you have one.  You do not have to have a PayPal account! If you wish to pay with credit card, simply click 'continue' on the left hand side and skip entering your username and password.

*Note:  If PayPal recognizes either your email address or credit card number as associated with a PayPal account, you will be required to go through your account.  You may still pay with your credit card once you have logged in, however, for security reasons, they ask that you purchase through your account if you have one.

What if my item is under $50 and I would like it Gift Wrapped?

Madi Couture offers free gift wrapping on items over $50 (before taxes).  If you would like this service, please add it to your shopping cart.  If your item is under $50, we would be happy to gift wrap it for you for a small charge of $3.00.  Our wrapping is of the most extravagant and the recipient is sure to be thrilled!

Do you have Gift Certificates?

Absolutely!  If you go to the Shop tab on the top left of your page, a drop down menu will come up with For Mom, For Lil' One, Just Like Mom and Gift Certificate.  You can then click to purchase one and will be given the options of denomination and whether you would like it emailed or mailed.

Do I have to pay the applicable taxes of my province or state?

If you live within Canada, you are only required to pay 5% G.S.T.. 

If you live in the U.S., there are no taxes charged to you directly from Madi Couture, however, customs will require you to pay your applicable state taxes upon delivery of the item(s).

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Although shipping damage is extremely rare, please be sure to check that the box is in good condition prior to accepting delivery.  If you find the box to be damaged, please notify the driver or teller prior to signing for your package. 

What if an item is Out of Stock?

We apologize if an item is temporarily out of stock and would be more than happy to hold an item for you upon its arrival.  Please email us and we will be able to provide you with an estimated delivery time.

What is the difference between sterling silver jewelry and silver plated pewter?  Why the price difference?

Product knowledge is very important to us.  We pride ourselves in knowing detailed content and product care for all of our items, as well as pass along a product care card to ensure its proper maintenance. 

Items that are sterling silver are solid .925 silver through and through.  They will tarnish with air exposure and time, however, they are easily polished in order to regain its original color.  Items without any semi-precious stones can be dipped in sterling silver cleaner (available at most drugstores or jewelry stores) or polished with a sterling silver cloth.  If your item contains any semi-precious stones, DO NOT dip them in silver cleaner as it will ruin the stone itself.  You must hand polish around the stones or if you are able, dip only the silver while protecting the stone(s).  Sterling silver items are what we like to call 'Forever Pieces' as they will last forever with proper care.

Silver plated pewter is different in both price and care.  Unlike sterling silver, pewter cannot be dipped or polished to regain it's original color once it starts to darken.  These items are what we call 'cheap and cheerful'.  These are fun pieces which are less of a commitment because of the reasonable price.  To care for these pieces, you can wipe with a soft, damp cloth in order to keep it clean.  As we recommend with all of your pieces, please store in a cool, airtight place as your item will keep its color for a longer period of time.

We believe every woman should own both sterling silver pieces as well as pewter based...buy the ones you absolutely LOVE in sterling silver and the one that you maybe only need for 1 outfit in pewter so that you can enjoy them all!
